The ADSS double-jacketed optical cable is a high-performance communication cable product. It uses a loose tube made of high modulus plastic, filled with gel inside to properly place the optical fibers. The unique structural design of the optical cable takes the non-metallic strengthening member as the center. The tubes and fillers are stranded to form the cable core. The cable core is filled with water-blocking compound and a PE inner jacket is extruded. Then, the tough aramid yarn is twisted around the inner jacket for reinforcement. Finally, the PE outer jacket or AT outer jacket is completed.
